Pinky Cole  turned a food truck into a hundred million dollar burger joint. Her name's Pinky Cole and back in 2018 she had a craving for a delicious juicy burger. Just one problem, she doesn't eat meat.

So she grabs an impossible meat patty, dresses it up with tasty toppings and it's delicious. She decides to make it a business and she calls it Slutty Vegan. She starts small setting up as a ghost restaurant.

Customers can order the burgers through an app. A couple months later she gets a food truck. Then in 2019 she opens her first restaurant in Atlanta and it's a hit.
