At Wings Global Home, we believe that the best learning happens when children are having fun. We support kids aged 2 to 11, but we ditch the stiff, traditional classroom feel. Instead, we offer a "home-like" immersive environment.

As a teacher here, you aren't managing a massive crowd. We keep our teacher-to-student ratio low (about 1 teacher for every 5-6 students). This allows you to build real connections, guide daily reading, and help children develop not just their English, but their "Life Skills"—like curiosity and confidence.

Fair Pay Structure: Unlike many schools that only pay for "lesson time," we pay for your total working hours.

Rate: ¥1,300 – ¥1,600 per hour (with raises based on evaluation).

Transport: Fully covered.

True Flexibility: We understand university schedules change. You submit your shift availability bi-weekly, making it easy to balance exams, life, and work.

The Logistics

Locations: We have three convenient schools, all within a few minutes' walk from the station and just a few stops from Shibuya (Ikejiri-Ohashi, Gakugei-Daigaku, and Sakura-Shinmachi).

Shifts: Available between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

You don’t need years of teaching experience to join us—we provide on-the-job training! We are looking for Undergraduate/Graduate students or degree holders who have:

Native-level English proficiency.

October 4, 2016 Skilled workers are leaving sub-Saharan Africa in rapidly increasingly numbers, producing a “brain drain” that causes long-term social damage, the International Monetary Fund warned Tuesday. The IMF said that the number of sub-Saharan migrants living in developed countries could increase from about seven million in 2013 to about 34 million by 2050.
