Strategic Curriculum & Structure
Unlike traditional academic courses, the Clore Fellowship is a self-directed, experiential program. Key components include:
Residential Leadership Courses: Two intensive 5–10 day residencies focusing on strategic planning, inclusive cultures, and personal leadership identity.
Professional Secondment: A 4–6 week immersive placement within a premier UK cultural institution to gain practical, cross-sectoral experience.
Bespoke Learning Plan: Access to a dedicated development budget for tailored training, conferences, and study visits.

Selected Fellows receive a full sponsorship package, covering:
Travel: Up to two return economy-class international flights to the UK.
Living Expenses: Comprehensive stipend for accommodation and daily subsistence while in the UK.
