Eligibility & Job Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following strict criteria:

● Education: Minimum of a Master’s Degree from a recognized institution.

● Experience: Prior experience in examination supervision or proctoring within a tertiary

institution is required, alongside relevant technical experience.

● Residency: You must be a verified resident of the specific town/city you are applying for

(Bauchi, Kontagora, or Nguru).

 ● Skills: Strong computer and web operating skills (vital for Computer Based Tests),

alongside excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

● Core Values: High level of personal integrity, alertness, and attention to duty.

Key Responsibilities

As an exam supervisor, you will be expected to play a critical role in maintaining academic

integrity. Your duties will include:

1. Monitoring Computer-Based Test (CBT) examinations closely.

2. Ensuring all student candidates strictly adhere to university examination rules and

guidelines.

3. Actively supervising the exam floor to detect and prevent any form of malpractice.

4. Assisting university staff with the seamless distribution and collection of required

examination materials.

5. Preparing and submitting comprehensive reports on the overall conduct of the exams at

your designated center.
